Telkom LTE and support non existent

I pretty much know this review is in vain because there is no way Telkom even cares about customer service... But.. I have Telkom LTE, my whole area has been down for a whole month now! No warning no feedback nothing.. There is obviously an issue with the local tower but my fault logs fall apon deaf ears.. Telkom, worst ISP in Africa.
