Telkom LTE and ADSL service

At the moment I am extremely dissatisfied with Telkom overall. Telkom contacted me last week about Adsl, but then offered me a LTE package instead. I accepted, atleast thought that if you offer me something it will be available in my area. After checking, and accepting I hear that there is no Telkom LTE coverage in my area. I have been trying over and over again to get this contract stopped, but to no avail. I have yet to receive something as a modem/router etc, and according to the contract Telkom is supposed to deduct fees on the 30th of the month, but instead have already deducted their R699 at 2AM today. I wish to get this cancelled now and would rather opt for a Mbps uncapped ADSL line.
