TELKOM LTE ALWAYS DOWN/// NEWLANDS DURBAN

I am not asking for anything besides what I have paid for. I buy Telkom FreeMe bundles and LTE. My whole household does. Every 5-10 minutes it will go down and I have to restart the router or the phone. Downloads take forever, page loading on our phones, laptop and computer take forever. Initially LTE was amazing, it was fast and rarely down. LTE is available in Newlands, Durban. It used to be fine. NOW it is awful. My family and I need the internet for work purposes. How are we supposed to work like this?! So again can we please just have what we have been paying for? I won't even mention how whenever we have load shedding, our internet is completely down, so are our signals on our phones. This is really pathetic!!!
