TELKOM LTE AGAIN
Telkom tech installed antenna below roof level, continuous problem with LTE speeds, then sends out a private contractor who does a full report stating that antenna is installed incorrectly and an amplifier might be needed all this happened one month ago but intial service and billing starts in December. I am so tired of calling the \CALL CENTRE\" all they do is escalate, now even the supervisors emails dont make a difference. You have the right products, get your service in inorder. "
