Telkom LTE affecting my livelihood. Big money for no service

I pay R899 per month for my TELKOM LTE. My connectivity is disgusting. Today is the 1st of the month, I should be at 10Mbs but am barely on 1.8Mbs, with my upload speed being 0.002 Mbs!!!! . I am unable to do my business work during the lockdown. This has been an ongoing issue. My router settings are correct. I am at my wits end as my livelihood is dependent on my internet connection, esp now during CoVid-19 and the cost of R899 per month for no service is atrocious.
