Telkom LTE absolutely horribly useless

Beyond useless!!

Can't get a fault logged as there is no option online for LTE, connection is pathetic as pages wont even load properly where I was previously getting +- 20mb connection I am now getting less than 1mb! Call centre is always busy, I can't hold for 4 ****** hours each time...
