Telkom LTE-A Router for 50 Gb + 50 Gb Night Packag

I have app**** for a 50Gb 50 Gb Night LTE-A package at the Telkom Mobile store in Irene on 07/11/2015.<br> My request was approved quite quickly as I am currently a customer and want to go to this package as an upgrade.<br> I have now been waiting for more that 5 weeks as they are out of stock on the LTE-A router and no one can provide a firm ETA of when I will receive the router.<br> They have tried to give me a older technology router which is only normal LTE and inferior in other respects, which I have not accepted as no price reduction was even mentioned.<br> I have phoned 2 call centres and tried the online help with no response or even a follow up as promised.<br> <br> I do not know why I need to wait this long for a router and 2 sim cards, this is my only option as there is no fixed lines in the area where I live.
