Telkom LTE 75MB speed lie, more like 4G 1MB

Telkom Mobile guaranteed me 75MB speed with Telkom Mobile LTE, however I can hardly connect to any local sites like Webafrica, FNB, my work (work from home - impacts my work negatively).

The first few months the speed was Ok, reached at least 10MB (still not 75MB) and not 1MB... I work from home and require real deal speed.

Think this entitles me to cancel my contract without completing the two year term; think I'll move to CellC or Vodacom.
