Telkom lte

Beware Telkom telephone sales ! I got caught. 11 months ago after having soo much trouble with my ADSL line I got conned by a lady selling Telkom lte packages she went on and on about a 20 GB package and modem for R439 a month which was faster and about the same price I was paying for ADSL that was slow and off every time it rained .too late did I realise it was a 10gb package and a 10 GB nite time deal nite time was after midnight! Totally useless.so off to Telkom I go only to be told that my package is a 36 month deal and not upgradable and if I want to cancell there are huge penalties so I'm stuck with an inadequate system and apparently, unless I pay through my nose ,tuff luck and for the next 2 years I will pay more for my 10gb package than Telkom is now offering for 20 GB and a modem for 2 years and tuff if you want to upgrade.
