Got a Telkom Lte 10 mbs uncapped.Complainig for months that i have only 1 mbs download and 2 mbs upload.They will take your complain only to recieve a sms 2 days later to told you the case has been resolved.Will send them proof of the download speed and still nothing.Each month they are quick to let the debit order go off,for a service they don't give.Trying to cancell the contract,but no joy.Feeling helplesss.
