Telkom LTE

I have had a LTE 200GB package with Telkom for 2 years. When the contract was finished, I decided to go with a different provider as Telkom is expensive. Representatives from Telkom then called me to offer me the 200GB package at 100GB package rates. I stupidly took it. Today my internet went off. When I called Telkom, I was informed that only the 100GB was implemented and there is nothing she can do about it and there is nobody on duty who can help me.
