Telkom LTE

I have had this problem with Telkom for some time now.<br> <br> I make use of LTE services. My data counter on our server as well as on the router (Supp**** By Telkom) is always much lower when my data runs out. I receive 10 gigs per month and when Telkom says i am out of bundles my counter is only on around 7 gigs. I have contacted them numerous times and there is nobody can answer me regarding this.<br> <br> I am very unhappy with the services as well but cant do much as i signed a 24 month contact.
