Telkom LTE

I took up Telkom's LTE offer of 2TB unlimited for R700 during the first quarter of 2023. Our previous ISP supp**** us a ***** 10 Mb/s for R1700 per month. Initially we experienced a stable data download speed of 12 Mb/s. However, during November/December of 2023 the download speed dropped to almost nil between 18h00 and 23h00. After contacting the Telkom call center, its technical department did several inspections at our property. Telkom then upgraded their communication antenna (tower) in our area. We are now at a constant 40 Mb/s download speed. I would like to express my thanks and appreciation towards the Call center staff and technicians that had to deal with our frustrations and sorted out the problem for our community.
