Case number ***6 LTE connection very slow. Fault was reported on 22/1/2021. Almost 2 weeks now and still nothing has been done. Really pathetic service. As soon as fibre is live I will cancel my LTE contract. I'm working from home and is depended on my internet. I'm diabetic and cannot go to the office as per our Covid policy. LTE nr ***
