Telkom LTE 10MB - useless = never works

I have been struggling with Telkom for about 3 months now with regard to my LTE package they forced upon me, They cut my ADSL and forced me to take the 10MB LTE package. I never get any speed above 1MB and I log numerous faults, via mail, phone, chatting to agents online. Nothing resolves my issue. It will work for a few hours at most and then again the same story. And they still expect us to pay for a service we are not getting? Pathectic
