Telkom Lte

<p>So I recently moved over to Telkom Lte . My modem was delivered, NO antena, at the time i didnt know you should be getting a free antena . 1 month later a Telkom agent calls me to confirm when will be a sufficient time to come install the antena, same antena that Telkom forgot to send me. I subsequently advised them that I didnt get an antena. Telkom agent loggs the call and advises that a technician will contact to bring and install the antena. That was 3 weeks ago, have not heard from Telkom since then. Should this be the service I should expecting from Telkom on their Lte product?</p>
