<p>I took out an LTE package end JAN 2016, and was told I could upgraded downgraded after 3 months. After 3 months I needed to upgrade my package. after 30 hours on the phone withTelkom guess what not joy. I went to the Telkom shop at vestival mall( Modi Vilakazi) 3 months of emails and still no joy. </p> <p>Wgat do I need to do????????????</p>
