Telkom loyalty funeral policy Telkom advertises a R10000 loyalty funeral cover to prepaid free me customers .as long as you top up R100 during the month then you have automatic R10000 funeral cover the following month and so on.this is underwritten by old mutual. People please dont fall for this.take your R100 each month and invest in a funeral cover with one of the banks.you will get far more.telkom are *****.i have been stopping up since February every single month and yet up till now no one at telkom has registered me for this loyalty.they all push you around. Even their sms service where you opt in is a lie.even old mutual dont respond to this query.please beware.telkom blocked me from responding on their fb page too.bunch of ******
I have been doing that since february 2020.and this week I followed up with more sms.nothing. no response.sent 3 emails to telkom.received referance number.and nothing more.now I'm going to go on fb and Twitter and good social media with screenshot of their loyalty cover and how it's a big lie.get ready telkom.your R10000 cover is nothing .your lies and **** advertising is pathetic
