Telkom lost my NUMBER!!!!!

good day

i ported to telkom with hope that i will get better service but it is turning out to be the worst nightmare.

They have lost my number in the process of them moving it from a contract package with telkom to a prepaid. i have been at their SANDTON CITY store and was promised i will be assisted but nothing is happening.

i have made applications with that number, i get OTP to that number basically that number holds my business and TELKOM has lost it and they are not helping at all.

i need MY NUMBEEEEEEERRRRR BACCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

Geeeez guys this is irritating for 2 weeks my business is at a standstill
