Telkom lost my domain name

Telkom is the registrar for my .co.za domain and they let the domain renewal lapse. My email service is not working any more. I have been trying since Friday 23/08/2019 to get the problem resolved by contacting 10210 (the logged fault keeps getting routed to telephone technicians which is a dead-end). My reference number is ***0. I am losing business and I am suffering financial losses as this domain has been my business e-mail address for the past 15 years. Seems like there is no one who can help.
