Telkom Lost Huawei Router

I happened to lose my Huawei Router Device a few days ago and visited a local branch where they could not assist me and advised that I get the query resolved online.

Finally managed to do this and got through to one of their consultants Clearance Madiso who could not be of assistance in suspending both the device as a well as the simcard. I find it really disturbing that after losing my device I still have to experience such a service despite the fact that I've been a paying customer for over 25 months.
