Telkom losers

Where do we start, currently dealing with a bunch of who know what. Convinced there is no educated souls on the business. I’ve cancelled my line and days because firstly I had no WiFi for over 4 monts and secondly they gave me a recycled number in 2015 who belonged to someone that clearly owed a lot of people money so I had to take more than 4 calls on a daily basis. So yes I cancelled on 8 March, the responded, they even called me to say they will refund me for the 4 months that the did not provide data, but yet they still bill me every month, what a joke!!!! How many times must I go in to them , empty promises. You will not get one cent out of my $&&$&&@@&
