Telkom looting us data

If it was possible i would rate zero star, telkom data was very reliable at first but now is just plain ***, data depleting very fast, another this is their customer service is very poor even their employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Please so something because you just lost a customer, i just can't wait to leave you and join another network... How possible is it for a 10gb data to deplete in just 2 days while it used to last for at least 2 to 3 weeks. Telkom is looting us I'm going to discourage any one who wants to take a contract with telkom.
