Telkom look alike like bait and switch

Anyone being offered the telkom look alike line don't accept it. We were contacted by telkom and told they were doing away with the copper line and we would need to either take the look alike now or eventually be forced into it. Additionally we were guaranteed that the line will function exactly as the copper line, which was a lie, after endless issues with the line it worked at making and receiving calls . Now we want to get an adsl package we are told that this is not possible without a copper line and they cannot change it back even though the line is still connected in my home. I am sure I'm not the only person being forced into this under the false pretenses of the telkom brand, to increase their profit with a total disregard for the customer.
