Telkom locking manhole

<p>I am desperate to have fibre installed at my new house, as my huband works from home via Internet and I have a matric child. There is no landline or ADSL in house. The fibre company has been prevented from accessing their cables in the manhole in Loquat Walk as Telkom has locked the manhole. The fibre installation was scheduled one week ago and Link Africa has not been able to find the right person at Telkom to open the manhole!! How does it happen, that Telkom can prevent another company access to their cables!</p>
