Telkom = Loads of problems!!!!!

Its been 2 months that I have been trying to relocate my ADSL line. I have phoned numerous times. There is either a problem with their system (most of the time) or no one answers the phone even you stay on the line for 43 minutes. They are quick to send you your invoices and expect payments BUT I DIDNT EVEN HAD INTERNET FOR THE PAST TO MONTHS....Im am paying for something thats not even working. Im sick and tired of Telkom and all their super bad service and empty promises. Please think twice before using Telkom.
