Telkom- living up to up to its reputation

Telkom is notoriously bad at service. Well if your having a hard time getting anything done with telkom.. Try closing your account / cancelling a contract. It takes 3 weeks to repond then gives some ******** excuse not to cancel. Meanwhile im not living in the apartment anymore and being sent invoices for a service no longer used or required
