Telkom living up to their horrible reputation

My 77 year old mother decided to cancel her landline 2 months ago because she does not use it anymore and income to low to afford. She cancelled it in Mosselbay although she lives in Malmesbury. Everybody warned us that she will definitely receive another bill. And here it arrives today. 3 months installment to be paid.telkom you live up to your reputation as an *********** company with zero customer service and hunting down their customers - even the elderly that was supporting and loyal to you for far over 20 years. So now let's wait for their attorney letters because it seems thats what they do best.
