Telkom lives up to its pathetic Customer Service

Can someone call me from your department ! It seems your call Centres do not work or answer phones. Why must I wait on the phone for hours to get service from you guys? I need our phone lines moved and have been promised it will be done in two weeks, It's four weeks now with no call back.I am sitting on the phone trying to get a hold of your call Centre agents to assist me since 9am this morning. Cant you guys get your service department to make Customer Service more easier and faster ? My phone number is ***<br> <br> Now there is a technical fault with your call centre. <br> <br> While your Call Centres are not answering their phones and getting back to us we are paying you your monthly fee. Is that fair that we have to pay you and beg you to come out and help us ?<br> <br> You guys should focus more or your customers and stop advertising specials everywhere.<br> <br> I wonder if you guys will even call me back.
