TELKOM LIVES UP TO ITS DISAPPOINTING STANDARDS

After reading and seeing many memes and reviews on Telkom and cancelling a contract i somehow believed that i would not go through the same thing , lo and behold i have and much worse as well.

1. The staff RARELY know what is going on . 2. I requested to cancel my contract and retain my number, my cancellation was not put through and my ORIGINAL number was randomly changed to some new number . i was not aware of that at all untill i made a call and the person on the other end had no idea who i was ! !

HOW DOES A SERVICE CHANGE ONES NUMBER ?? HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON ? DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS , THAT OUT OF THE BLUE MY NUMBER THAT I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS SUDDENLY DISAPPEARS ?
