Telkom Live Chat not working.

I recently had some issues with my WiFi and tried to contact Telkom via live chat service on the website. I prefer this line of communication because the agents normally answer quickly. Unfortunately I was not able to contact Telkom via the "speak to an agent" link. It seems as if the link is broken or the service is no longer available. They have not mentioned anything on the website. I eventually reported the issue by calling the call centre and reported the issue to the agent. Its 2 weeks later and my WiFi is still not stable and the live chat on website is still not working.

It would be great if Telkom could fix this issue because calling is frustrating as the lines are always busy and you hold on forever.
