Telkom Live Chat Agent

Telkom has this live chat agents that is suppose to assist you in helping with billing issues and contact numbers to various department, etc. This agent Zihnle Zwane was far from helpful, her responses was repeatable, not friendly and unwilling to help was paramount. just to get a telephone number was to difficult to do. I really dislike Telkom's service, but more importantly people that are in positions to help but dont! I really think everybody should switch to private service providers and then maybe change will come.
