Telkom LIT video data (using all network data)

On the 30th of June 2019 I bought a Telkom 5GB freeme bundle which comes with (5GB all network data, 5GB Lit music (to use to stream music from selected service providers), 25GB LIT video (to use to stream videos at 360p and below from selected service providers)). My all network data was depleted sooner than usual. On closer inspection the LIT video data remained intact at 25GB not utilised despite me sticking to their conditions for streaming videos. They acknowledged the fault and said I will be refunded my data. I have been a Telkom customer for over a year and this was happening for the first time.

I then reported this to Telkom on the 29th of June and was given case number ***3 as a reference. On the 03rd of July I got an SMS saying the issue was resolved. I called them to find out what was the resolution and was told that the case was closed due to them not having sufficient information on my query. I then requested to have the case re-opened and was told that I have to open a new case as the old one was closed and was given case number ***5 as a reference.

Today I bought another 5GB freeme bundle and the issue still persists. I called Telkom and was told that my case is on the que to be attended to (6 days later). I think that Telkom is doing this on purpose so that consumers can spend their hard-earned money purchasing services they know very well that they will not deliver. This makes Telkom ********* and uncaring towards their consumers.
