I have 25Gig Telkom Lit Video and 5Gig Telkom Lit Music but when I went on YouTube, it used up all My Once Off FreeMe Data, as I had bought 5Gig of it to get The Lit Video Data.

Please advise as I have I tweeted You but no respond and now been holding for almost 20 minutes no answer on My Data is finished. Only now it starts using The Lit Video, so I can't buy Data because it will use it up again.

Sanele Dlamini answered and couldn't assist with anything and was very Rude, Clueless, Helpless.

Good Day, Please advise why I have to those things when I only want to use The Telkom Lit Video on YouTube only. Just want to be able to watch Videos using this Lit Data and not My FreeMe Boost Data. Please advise
