Telkom Lit useless with false advertising

I called the call centre to no avail, I have the telkom lit contract but for this whole month whenever I stream from YouTube or Netflix it took from my data, unaware of this issue I spent over 300 rand in one day on data and all telkom could tell me twchinacl support will be in contact with me, absolutely useless, telkom does not keep to its contractual obligations, please dot.
