Telkom Lit bundles

This is my 2nd time experiencing this problem, i purchase 5gig freeme bundles every month that includes the 25gig youtube stream data. I always stream 360p and under as they say you should, now i see its not deducting from my video bundle but from my normal data, this is very frustrating and i need it sorted out!!!!!
