Telkom Lit Box

I purchased two android smart boxes ****) boxes from Telkom to specifically convert my tvs into smart tvs to watch Netflix.Two weeks ago I received an sms from Telkom stating that their contract with Netflix was ending.This was quiet shocking because when purchasing these devices Telkom consultants did not inform me that they have a contract with Netflix or else I would have thought twice before purchasing them.Now I am sitting with two boxes and not sure what to do with them after spending over R3k .i sent Telkom emails but Noone has responded.Very poor service guys.Can Telkom advise me on a way forward .
