Telkom LIT Box

Hi have been trying for more than a month to have my LIT Box delivered. This is supposed to be supp**** by telkom. I have tried everything from phoning to mailing to chatting to some online and social media. These guys just do not care. Everytime I get through to someone they tell me to phone the sales department but nobody ever answers if I do that. I have now been on the line for almost an hour and i have not spoken to anyone. I want someone form telkom to contact me or else I will lay legal charges against them
