Telkom LIT

I bought a Telkom LIT bundle specifically for steaming. Only to quickly discover that instead of making use of my LIT data, my normal data was veing used. I had logged a case with Telkom around 3 weeks ago. I have followed up almost daily and still have no answer. Im told a quiry takes 72 hours. Yet im waiting 3 weeks. In the meantime i have lost 4gb of data and cant make use of the LIT bundle that costs R231.
