Telkom listed me on ITC for no reason

Telkom blacklisted me in Nov 2020 for 2015 “arrears” on an account which from my knowledge was a month to month account, their call center agent wouldn’t give me a reason why and couldn’t give their debt managers numbers for me to get more clarity and make arrangements if possible. The one agent kept me on hold for close to 10 minutes after having failed to answer my questions. In the past 5 years I’ve never received a call from Telkom regarding these “arrears”.
