Telkom listed me for no reason, my Lawyers will handle the case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, i opened a WiFi contract with Telkom December 2016. the contract was for 2 years and my first debit was January 2017 (R745)which means my contract ends January 2019. in January 2019 i made my last payment and i cancelled my contract, a few months ago i have been receiving sms's that i owe Telkom R1800. i have been trying to call their billing department but the call rings and drops. Telkom hasn't ever tried calling me regarding this issue this only sent sms's and i know i don't owe them so i was hoping i would receive a call so they could explain what i owe them. today i receive a call from Trace online informing me that Telkom has listed me and they want to know when im paying their money. i asked them what i owe Telkom for and she says that according to Telkom if you cancel your contract you still need to pay for another 2 months which is madness!!!!!! how can ,my contract be for 24 months but i have to pay for 26 months!!!! and if Telkom could have called me and told me what this outstanding amount is for instead of wrongfully listing me!!!!! i will definitely take this matter future, i have just informed my lawyers that Telkom has listed me without ever communicating to me!!!!!!! and when i cancelled the contract they never mentioned this 2 months payment thing!!!!!!
