Telkom Lip service only

I have been without a working telkom line for over three weeks. I have phone EVERY day and have had my complaint ESCALATED on numerous occasions. All one receives is lip-service and no actual service. In frustration I asked the last telkom service "helper" what she would do in my circumstances indicating that all I had left was to terminate the service" : I would also terminate the service" and subsequently sent me a cancellation form. LOL Service supervisors never return calls ..... I have plenty names: Ridaar, Busi etc.. Rate our service after each call obviously falls on deaf ears as I have rated ZERO after each call.
