Telkom lines not functional after 2 months

<p>Despite numerous attempts by Telkom technicians since December, my client's Telkom lines are still faulty. The technicians have the prerogative to close faults without consulting with the client to actually confirm that the fault has actually been resolved. They also shielded by a massive *********** company so they have no fear of providing substandard work.
