Telkom lines/network

Since April last year and even before that we have terrible lines in the Chamdor Krugersdorp area. We have contacted telkom many times before and reported the problem and they sent out someone to come check it some times other times they just phone the line to see if it rings (that's not fix g the problem) Telkom says it's Nashua and Nashua says they don't own the lines. We have had both out at a sight meeting. The problem still continues . We are out of options and we are loosing g business because of it. Can someone properly address the issue? It is really frustrating! !!
