Telkom Lines down for 2 weeks! NO SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>Im running a business and a telkom line is my asset.</p> <p>I need wifi in order to do business.</p> <p>The lines have been down for two weeks, i phoned telkom several times and they insisted i should bare with them and that the line would be fixed within 48 hours after the upgrades. </p> <p>Telkom reference number:( ********** 65)</p> <p>This is my reference number which i have been handed and they send me a message saying upgrades have been done.</p> <p>But till today the lines are still dead.</p> <p>This is very poor and i have seen no telkom staff in the area doing any sort of services.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
