Telkom lines and adsl still.not fixed

<p>I had problem with my land line and adsl for two months I no lines and adsl in September and October.then lines was repaired in November then November 17 all lines went dead no adsl again.I have been calling telkom stil not repaired.the call center inform me the technician will call me to tel me when lines get fixed no calls. everyday subcontractor technician comes in isipingo beach opening telkom boxes, this as been very frustrating I use my adsl lines for business this is effecting my business I can not receive calls or make calls, no internet ,who is the highest authorities I report too.the service from telkom was excellent but not any more </p>
