Telkom line upgrade and new line

I have upgrade my land line to a 20 mb ADSL line on a 2 year contract for lit and a new router they told me 48 hours for the upgrade and that my line is 20 mb capable it's 4 days and no upgrade on my line no new router no lit box nothing and they don't get back to me I phone and it's always they are testing the line why do they advertise the lit box and then I ask for it no stock I should buy a new one but it says you get it free on a 10 mb + line what now
