Telkom Line that never gets fixed
I have been contacting Telkom and doing online chats for days and days regarding my internet line that is does not work at all but every time it is the same story and it never gets fixed and when it does gets fixed it will work for a week then goes off every weekend at a certain time then the battle starts again getting them to fix the fault and then am down for days and no one seems to care to fix the issue and I must this is the worse service ever!!

20 Nov 2017, 15:46I feel that this compnay does not care at all , they ask me for the reference number i gave it and am still waiting on feedback and the people online keep on giving me different stories this is really frustrating i am having a real fight with this guys simply because they dont care worse service ever !!
