Telkom line speed

My internet speed has been horrible for the past two weeks. I have contacted your service department multiple times with no success. I had a technician out on Saturday the 4th of July and my speed was restored by Sunday the 5th of July I was seeing less than 2mbps again. Please please can someone assist me. My line is generally good and I've not had issues for years... This is beyond unreasonable as I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving at the moment
