telkom line repair

Telephone line down as from11/1/2018.So far 16 calls to the call Centre. Escalated to complaint 2 weeks ago nothing yet. Today the call center person apologized for the inconvenience, 17th time but so far nothing. This is totally pathetic. So far I have spent 5hours on holding to hear the same old story maybe the cell companies are getting a cut of the money wasted in holding for a call center operator
